Appointment times and changes
We do our best to see you at the set appointment time and expect that you will arrive on time for your visit. If you need to change your appointment, please try and give us 24 hours notice or notify us as soon as possible if the delay is unavoidable at short notice. Please check whether you have booked at our Albany Mega Centre Dental clinic or our Rosedale Dental clinic and visit the right location.
If you need an emergency dentist please call us as soon as possible and we will try and get you an appointment on the same day or even the same hour if possible.
Southern Cross members
If you are a Southern Cross member, we offer the Easy Claim Facility. So, if you have treatment which is covered under your Southern Cross insurance policy, we are able to claim that funds from Southern Cross directly, making it more convenient for you.
Payments and payment options
We require payment on treatment day. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and direct credit.
GE Money and Q-Card payment options
With both of our locations offering GE Money Creditline & Q Card, we can offer 12 months with no payments and no interest on dental treatment over the value of $500 (conditions apply).
